It's all about YOU!
Truth be told, we're a little tired of all the website tabs that read "About Us." If you're interested in us - and we hope you are, of course! -- we encourage you to look at our "Members" page. We've designed the focus of our chapter to be about you -- how can we help you with your needs as you start or grow your business? We very much believe in the BNI tag line that "givers gain." For us, its more than a tag line because we've seen it work.
Let me explain. The goal of BNI is to create business referrals. You may be a new business owner or a seasoned veteran. You may be a one-person shop, a franchise owner, a legal or financial professional, or employed by a large company that you're helping to grow. Doesn't matter. Think of us as your sales team. We're a group of entergetic, connected business professionals that work throughout central Virginia. Our goal is to get to know you and your business. Most importantly to deliver permission-based qualified referrals. What do we mean by that? Certainly NOT another cold call -- that's for sure! Our members refer our business associates and our clients to Group Synergy members that we know personnally, trust completely, and recommend without reservation. What would THAT kind of referral mean to your business?
Oh, and I almost forgot, each "seat" in Group Synergy is assigned by profession. That means that our chapter will include only ONE person from any given field. One accountant, one lawyer, one carpenter, one chiropractor. So all of the group's energy is focused on you -- not your competition! And because we are a close knit group working together for you, membership isn't automatic. We look forward to accepting your membership application, talking with you in more detail about what Group Synergy can do for you and -- yes -- what you can bring to the group.
